About this role

This role is a General Utility position within the Warehouse at Abbott's Columbus Plant, responsible for line support, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping operations. The incumbent must maintain compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality guidelines while overseeing material control functions. Shift staff will manage documentation, database entries, and inventory flow to ensure accurate distribution of nutrition products.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
Maintain accurate documentation and database entries for inventory systems
Ensure compliance with FDA GMP, USDA, and OSHA safety guidelines
Manage FIFO and FEFO flow of raw materials and finished products
Monitor and respond to automation systems for preventative maintenance needs
