Warehouse Line Trainer (Day)

As a Line Trainer at Panduit, you will identify and develop high-quality technical training for warehouse employees to ensure effective job performance. The role involves partnering with leaders to define training needs, conducting audits, and delivering hands-on instruction on processes, safety, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation. You will also contribute to recruitment through dexterity testing, maintain training records, and participate in LEAN events to drive operational improvements.
