About this role

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse and inventory operations at the Brea manufacturing site, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient flow of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods. This role owns warehouse execution (receiving through shipping), inventory accuracy, and team performance while maintaining transactional discipline in NetSuite and coordination with Parity Factory. The manager builds a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing uptime and on-time shipments. The role reports to the Plant Director and is based onsite in Brea, CA.
