About this role
The Warehouse Manager will establish and lead warehouse operations for a new greenfield Roche facility in Shanghai, overseeing design, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and day-to-day operations. The role ensures compliant receipt, storage, sampling and shipment of materials and products under GMP and SHE standards while building and developing the warehouse team. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and represent the warehouse during regulatory inspections and audits.
