The Customer Service Representative (CSR/Clerk) supports a regional distribution center by managing paperwork flow, data entry, and customer interactions related to inbound and outbound shipments. The role ensures accurate shipment and inventory data, maintains customer records, and coordinates with drivers, vendors, and internal logistics staff. This position upholds company standards, safety procedures, and operational excellence while working in a warehouse office environment with some exposure to the warehouse floor. The CSR also assists with training, process improvements, and backup support for shipping and receiving as needed.
