The Warehouse Operations Supervisor leads second-shift warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate flow of inbound and outbound products. This role oversees daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities while maintaining high standards for service, quality, productivity, and safety. As the primary on-site leader for second shift, the Operations Supervisor drives operational continuity, supports employee development, ensures timely decision-making, and executes customer requirements effectively.
