Warehouse Operative - Core

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative at our Telford dairy site, supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing and automated warehouse operation. The ideal candidate will hold valid forklift licences, including counterbalance, and will bring extensive manufacturing, warehouse and systems experience, with confidence working around operational equipment, stock systems, quality standards and continuous improvement activity. As our warehouse operation continues to become more automated and technology-driven, successful candidates will need to be comfortable working with multiple software systems, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting the efficient running of our warehouse control processes. System knowledge and digital capability are becoming key skills for future progression within the team.
