Warehouse Outbound Lead

The Warehouse Outbound Lead coordinates and directs the day-to-day activities of the Outbound team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping transfer orders from a multi-channel fulfillment center. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for outbound team performance, order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and safety compliance while ensuring accurate product distribution to both B2B and B2C customers. The position involves leading team members, managing shipping documentation, and utilizing systems like ConnectShip and ERP to maintain operational efficiency.
