Warehouse Shift Manager

The Warehouse Shift Manager oversees approximately 2 Supervisors and 40 team members in the Outbound and Picking areas, driving inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery. This key leadership role is responsible for providing a safe environment, developing and coaching team members, and collaborating across the organization to achieve KPIs. The position requires working the 3rd shift overnight from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM at the Indianapolis location.
