The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of up to 20 associates in a high-volume Parts Distribution Center supporting 177 Southeast Toyota dealerships. This role combines hands-on operational oversight with people leadership to ensure accurate inventory movement and drive continuous improvement. The supervisor manages daily production, quality, and safety targets to achieve consistent operational goals.

Lead and develop a team of up to 20 warehouse associates
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving and shipping
Ensure daily production and quality targets are met consistently
Analyze operational data to guide decisions and improve productivity
Coach associates and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management preferred2-5 years of leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturingExperience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
