Warehouse Team Leader

This role involves leading, motivating, and coaching the Outbound team at a new distribution centre in Canning Vale, Perth, to ensure accurate and efficient order picking and dispatch. The Warehouse Team Leader will play a key role in transitioning to a new DC and rolling out a new WMS system while maintaining high safety and operational standards. The position requires managing team performance, resolving inventory discrepancies, and reporting on key performance indicators to exceed targets.
