Warehouse Trainer

The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for training and coaching new and existing warehouse associates in Kitting, Packaging, and Scan Operator functions. This role ensures employees are properly trained on standard operating procedures, quality expectations, safety requirements, and productivity standards while promoting a positive learning environment. The Trainer works closely with supervisors and leadership to improve employee performance and maintain operational efficiency.
