Warranty & Closeout Coordinator

The Warranty & Closeout Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for post-commissioning project issues, coordinating the people, materials, schedules, and information needed to move issues from intake through resolution and documented closeout. This role works closely with internal resources to keep stakeholders informed, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely support for each project. As a secondary responsibility, the position supports the technical troubleshooting team by helping respond to customer calls requiring immediate field assistance.
