Warranty Manager and Operations Support

The Warranty Manager and Operations Support role is responsible for processing warranty claims and records while assisting the operations team with daily shop functions. This position involves troubleshooting and repairing customer spreader controllers, programming and assembling InPower switching, and conducting in-house calibrations. The role also requires training customers on spreader control calibrations and drop tests, as well as supporting the sales department with customer training coordination.
