About this role
The Facilities Warranty Manager oversees warranty-related systems and processes for equipment, buildings, and other assets across Wonder’s brick-and-mortar locations. The role operates within the Facilities Department in a cross-functional capacity with Construction and NSO teams and serves as the administrative lead for warranty systems and vendor compliance. The position develops expertise through on-the-job training and supports operational continuity across multiple sites.
