About this role
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a full-time, day-shift Waste Handler to support the Environmental Services department at its Norfolk, VA campus. The role is based at a 525-bed tertiary care facility and contributes to hospital operations that include trauma, surgical, and specialty services. The position follows a schedule of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with every other weekend and every other major holiday required.
