Waste Organizer

The Waste Organizer is responsible for managing all refuse, including trash, recycling, and compost, within Crystal Mountain Resort Operations to ensure a positive guest experience and maintain sustainability standards. The role involves sorting waste into proper receptacles, operating compaction equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of sorting stations and facilities. This position may also include janitorial duties depending on waste removal needs.
