A skilled Watchmaker at Harrods' Service Centre will restore Rolex timepieces to the brand's high standards of quality while meeting lead time and cost targets. The role involves performing full services, dial and hand fitting, and partial repairs on various Rolex calibres, including those with complication modules. The Watchmaker will collaborate with Service Technicians, ensure accurate paperwork and testing documentation, and maintain workshop machinery and tools.
