Water Design Lead – Project Manager

The Water Design Lead – Project Manager leads the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction within either the Stormwater or Water/Wastewater design teams. This role serves as a technical and project delivery leader, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while providing senior-level technical oversight. The position involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting construction administration, and mentoring engineers to ensure engineering excellence and quality control.
