Water Resources Superintendent

The Water Resources Superintendent serves as a key leader within the Public Works Department, overseeing daily operations and long-range planning for the Town’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems. This position is responsible for regulatory compliance, workforce management, project oversight, and infrastructure maintenance and improvement. The Superintendent directs and supervises field operations, manages personnel and resources, coordinates projects, and ensures that maintenance and improvement activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
