Water Treatment Operator

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Water Treatment Plant facility, ensuring compliance with EPA, MDE, and City of Frederick regulations. The role involves monitoring plant performance, conducting routine laboratory tests, performing preventative maintenance, and adjusting chemical dosing under varying levels of supervision. The position requires working 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and responding to emergencies as essential personnel.
