WC Analyst

The WC Analyst manages the initial reporting and processing of workers' compensation claims, serving as the primary liaison between injured workers, store management, insurance carriers, and medical providers. This role involves maintaining accurate claim logs, coordinating modified duty programs, and generating detailed reports for senior management and the Director of Risk. The position requires close collaboration with Human Resources and the Risk Department to ensure efficient claims handling and compliance.
