The WCA Mentor role is a flexible, remote volunteer position supporting a small group of youth sports coaches over an 8–10 week season. Mentors meet weekly for brief virtual check‑ins to guide coaches on confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership, and resilience, helping them reflect and grow.
