Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program

This entry-level role within the Advisor Development Program provides client service support to Financial Advisors at Merrill Wealth Management, with the goal of progressing to a full-scale Financial Advisor position. The role involves obtaining necessary securities licenses, building foundational skills, and assisting with client advocacy and operational excellence. Participants will eventually transition into a Financial Advisor trainee role to build and manage a book of business.
