The Website & Digital Optimization Specialist maximizes the performance, visibility, and conversion effectiveness of ELGA Credit Union’s public website and digital presence. This role owns the search engine optimization strategy, generative engine optimization, website analytics, and personalization platform management. The position is responsible for ongoing performance optimization, landing page management, and continuous improvement of the digital member experience across all ELGA CU markets.
