WeCARE Physician

The WeCARE Physician supports the Medical Director in implementing standard operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NYC HRA contractual requirements. This role involves conducting medical reviews of clinical assessments, performing medical assessments, and completing wellness plan dispositions for clients. The position also provides clinical support to staff in fulfilling funder-contracted goals.
