Welcome Desk Staff

The Y is seeking energetic and caring team members to create a welcoming environment and support members in their use of the Y. Welcome Desk staff validate memberships, enroll new members, facilitate program registration, and provide support to both members and staff. The role involves answering questions and helping members navigate their use of the Y.
