The Welcome Host serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a warm, elegant, and personalized welcome experience at the Crans-Montana boutique. This role involves greeting and assisting customers both in-store and by phone, directing them to Sales Associates, and supporting the sales team during client meetings. The position also includes maintaining the boutique's presentation, managing window displays, adhering to merchandising standards, and handling order follow-up and stock management. This part-time role is primarily scheduled during peak traffic periods, such as weekends and high tourist seasons.
