About this role
A Welding Manufacturing Engineer at Polaris supports the development, launch, and production of welded components and assemblies, ensuring manufacturability, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The role partners with design, quality, operations, and suppliers to establish and optimize manual and automated welding processes and tooling. This position has ownership of welding process documentation, continuous improvement, and contributions to new product introductions.
