Weld Prep Operator

The Weld Prep Operator is responsible for cleaning and preparing detail components and assemblies for welding, as well as post-weld cleaning and repairing of welds using general shop tools. This entry-level, full-time position operates pneumatic and bench tools, uses hand and calibrated measuring tools, and follows company policies and customer specifications. The role requires basic math and computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
