Weld Prep Team Member

The Weld Prep Team Member supports welding operations by ensuring materials, components, and work areas are properly prepared, staged, and maintained to meet production, quality, and safety standards. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow within the Fabrication Department and directly impacts weld quality, throughput, and overall production performance. The individual will work closely with welders and fabrication teams to prepare parts, maintain material flow, and uphold housekeeping standards in a heavy-duty manufacturing environment.
