Weld Process Engineer

This role serves as the primary trainer for weld-related topics across Automotive Structure North America facilities and collaborates with technicians to develop and maintain complex weld processes. The position also involves troubleshooting process issues, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting new program requirements for manufacturing and quality functions.
