Weld Production Manager

The Weld Production Manager leads and manages all welding and fabrication operations at Big Tex Trailers, driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the weld department to ensure trailers are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The position oversees workforce performance, production planning, quality execution, and process improvement while partnering with cross-functional leaders to achieve business objectives.
