Welder - 3rd Shift

A Welder/Weld Trainee at Reading Truck provides welding support as part of a team working on Standard and/or Special assembled service bodies and small parts. The role involves welding structural metal components according to specifications, monitoring processes to prevent material distortion, and completing inline quality inspections. Team members are expected to cross-train on multiple welding workstations and operate various hand and power tools to fill staffing gaps as needed.
