About this role
The Welder-B performs MIG or TIG welding on anodized or mill‑stock aluminum substrates in a production assembly line. After initial training, the welder is expected to produce high-quality welds, inspect work, and correct defects within takt time while working closely with teammates. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and part modifications as needed.
