Welder Trainee

This entry-level position offers an opportunity for individuals with no prior trades experience to complete a three-week unpaid training program in the Welder trade. Upon successful completion, the role involves performing structural and pipe welds on steel foundations and joints for aircraft carriers and submarines using various welding processes. The position requires working in diverse and challenging shipyard environments, including extreme heights, confined spaces, and all weather conditions.
