Our client is seeking an experienced Welding Engineer to support and continuously improve welding operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for developing welding processes, troubleshooting weld-related issues, supporting robotic welding systems, improving quality and productivity, and ensuring welding operations meet customer and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on welding knowledge combined with experience in robotic welding, GMAW, weld process development, weld inspection, and manufacturing process improvement.
