Welding Process Manager

This role is responsible for managing welding processes to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications, including leading NADCAP and customer audits. The position involves reviewing and enhancing procedures for weld operator qualification, providing technical expertise, and supporting quality and manufacturing engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with aerospace materials and welding processes, along with AWS certification.
