The Well-Being Coordinator enriches the lives of older adults at Hearthstone by designing and leading engaging lifestyle and wellness programs within the memory support household. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections, purposeful activities, and supportive experiences that foster physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. The position involves building relationships with residents, families, and team members to bring joy and meaning to daily life.
