About this role
The clinician role reports to the System Manager of the Well-Being Center and provides small group and individual well-being support to healthcare providers and associates. The position focuses on creating psychologically safe environments that facilitate learning, healing, and processing of distressing events within a large health system. The role operates within a matrixed organizational structure and supports system-wide well-being initiatives.
