Wellbeing Lead

The Wellbeing Lead will implement an evidence-based Wellbeing Strategy to support the mental health and psychosocial risk mitigation of Victoria's legal community. This role involves designing and delivering psychoeducational workshops, providing specialist psychological advice, and developing trauma-informed practices to address contemporary risks such as burnout and vicarious trauma. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen psychologically healthy work environments and evaluate wellbeing programs.
