Wellbeing Manager

This role leads the Meaningful Life program at an Opal Healthcare Care Community, organizing social events and activities to enhance residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The incumbent develops tailored care plans, collaborates with clinical teams to support resident independence, and coaches staff to deliver person-centered care. Key duties include liaising with residents and families to ensure engagements meet diverse preferences while advocating for quality of life.
