Wellness Advisor I

The Wellness Advisor I ensures the safety of YMCA members in the strength and cardiorespiratory areas while providing retention appointments to engage and support new members. This role involves guiding members through the wellness onboarding process, conducting one-on-one appointments, and connecting them to relevant wellness programs. The position requires maintaining a safe and motivating environment while tracking member progress toward their wellness goals.
