Wellness Associate I

The Wellness Associate I provides excellent customer service to members, program participants, and guests by greeting visitors, booking appointments, and answering questions about services and programs. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and ensuring the cleanliness of the wellness floor while enforcing department rules and policies. The position also involves giving facility tours, promoting Y memberships and programs, and adhering to safety and operational procedures.
