Wellness Coach

The Wellness Coach is responsible for increasing membership growth and retention by strengthening member commitment through authentic personal relationships and serving as the primary point of support in the wellness center. The role involves creating a welcoming connection experience for new members, ensuring a clean and safe exercise environment, and partnering with the Member Experience Representative to foster healthy lifestyle habits. This part-time position requires maintaining a clean facility, enforcing safety guidelines, and providing individual supervision and encouragement during wellness sessions.
