The Wellness Coach oversees the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellness Center, ensuring a smooth and positive environment for members, employees, and volunteers. This role involves maintaining facility cleanliness, conducting fitness orientations, and building strong relationships to encourage healthy lifestyles. The position requires managing attendance records, coordinating fitness challenges, and adhering to all YMCA policies and safety procedures.
