Wellness Coordinator, Employee Assistance Program

CLFC is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to deliver the workplace wellness, orientation, and training components of an Employee Assistance Program for the City of Cleveland workforce. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and education through outreach, training sessions, and health promotion campaigns without providing clinical counseling. The coordinator will manage the program's outreach calendar and coordinate directly with client HR staff and department leadership to schedule sessions across various worksites.
