Wellness Coordinator

The Wellness Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and daily operation of high-quality wellness programs with primary responsibility for the YMCA's group exercise program. This position recruits, hires, trains, schedules, supports, and evaluates group exercise instructors while ensuring classes provide a safe, welcoming, engaging, and high-quality experience for YMCA members. The role works to strengthen member engagement and retention while ensuring wellness programs support the YMCA's mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
