Wellness Nurse (LPN) Part time

The Wellness Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents with a focus on holistic wellness, while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and assisting in medication administration training. This part-time role involves monitoring resident health and safety, conducting assessments, and maintaining clinical quality assurance in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The position requires collaboration with the Health and Wellness Director (RN) to promote the highest degree of service and uphold the company's mission.
