Wellness Nurse

The Wellness Nurse is a licensed nurse responsible for coordinating resident care and medication management under the medical direction of attending physicians to ensure residents maintain their independence. This role provides consistent seven-day-a-week coverage and involves communicating with healthcare professionals, administering medications, and overseeing medication delivery and storage. The position requires collaboration with the Health Services Director and community staff to monitor resident health and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
